$5,000 - $9,999 annual commitment 10% earned in bonus advertising
$10,000 - $19,999 annual commitment 15% earned in bonus advertising
$20,000 - $29,999 annual commitment 20% earned in bonus advertising
$30,000 and up annual commitment 25% earned in bonus advertising
